I Set up this page as my niece jordyn lee was only 4 and a half months old when she passed away with this illnes and i would like the people at rachel house and the whole team at the jennifer trust to see how great they were and what an important part they played in jordyn lee`s short life as a token of greatfullness i would like to raise as much for this trust as i can to help them provide a more comfortable life for others that are suffering with "SPINAL MUSCULAR ATROPHY " please help give your support to the ones who really need it .
